Traditional Music Jam - Every Sunday at 1 p.m. until May 31, 2010. Absolutely Free! Continuing a 90 year old tradition of pickin’, singin’, and grinnin’! Continuing a 90 year old tradition of folks gathering in this 1858 building together to pick, sing, & grin! Members of a diverse and talented local band, Greybeard, usually show up to anchor the jam, and occasionally, the owner of The Crimson Moon Café climbs on stage to join them for a few songs as well. Bring your instrument, and/or your voice and join in ... or just relax, sip on a hot/cold beverage and listen! Blue Grass, Old Time, Country/Blues standards, and American Folk are the most likely tunes to bubble up, but any American traditional music is welcome. Reservations are accepted for your favorite seats or table for this fun Sunday afternoon tradition that has been filling up ‘The Moon’ with music lovers lately!

Artists Studio Tour - hosted by the Martyn House - The Tour begins on Friday night 7 - 9 pm. This will be a Culinary Art Celebration and an enchanting evening under the tents as artists present their work. The Culinary Art Event is reservation only and tickets must be purchased in advance. The Tour continues Saturday and Sunday at The Martyn Housse from 11am to 4pm. The Artist's Studio tour is a great way for people to gain insight into the creative process, the work life, and work environment of an artist. Resident Artists Rick Lucas and JoAnn Antonelli not only open their studios for tour, but invite local artists to show on their property as well, creating a wonderful event of the arts.
